On November 19th, 2016, 4 of the KIS Jeju NHS Club members went to Korea Childhood Leukemia Jeju Center.
Volunteers taught English to the children at there through fun games.
One of the volunteers, Katrina Heo from Grade 11, says,
"Volunteering was much more fun than I expected. The children were enthusiastic and they followed us well.
We all got close together at the end of the volunteering and I wish I could go again."
KISJ NHS Club plans to send 2-4 volunteers twice a month to the center for the remaining school year.
