Upcoming due dates for essay, a huge summative group project, conflicted friend relationships and many other factors will stress you every day. Inevitably, you have to deal with stress, in a good and efficient way. Take break if you feel burdensome. Do whatever you enjoy to do. It can be listening to music, playing games, talking with friends, taking a nap, playing sport or ,rarely, but possibly, reading books. But remember, breaks are meant to be breaks. Don’t take it for a long time that it becomes a day-off.
